What's included
Lawn and garden sprinkler systems are an optional system under the TREC Standards of Practice. The inspection runs each zone from the controller and reports visible conditions: heads, spray patterns, leaks, the controller and the backflow device where visible.
Why it matters here
In Fort Bend clay, water near the foundation matters. Heads that spray the brick, broken lines or zones that overwater can add moisture where you don't want it, while dry areas next to the slab can contribute to soil movement in droughts.
