No. Both are included at no additional charge, along with the detailed digital report with photographs and the Horus Home Manual.

We use the home's heated living area as listed on the county appraisal district record or the MLS listing.
What could add to the price?
Pier-and-beam foundations, crawlspaces, elevated structures, detached living quarters or unusual conditions may add a charge. Any additional charge is quoted and approved before you book, never added afterward.
Do pre-listing and 11-month warranty inspections cost the same?
Yes. They use the same square-footage pricing as a buyer inspection.
